Privacy Policy

24 October 2026

This policy explains what laminora.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website only — work carried out for a client is governed by the agreement signed for it.

Laminora is operated as a sole proprietorship in Georgia, and the operator is the data controller for everything described here. Questions, requests and complaints: privacy@laminora.com.

What the site collects

Two things, and nothing else:

  • What you type into the contact form — your name, your email address and your message, plus your company and the service you picked if you chose to fill those in.
  • Analytics about how the page was used, but only if you accept the banner.

The contact form

A submission is sent to our mailbox as an email, through Resend, our email provider. Your address is set as the reply-to, so a reply reaches you directly.

We keep enquiries in that mailbox for as long as it takes to answer and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter to be subscribed to.

The form carries one field that is hidden from people and visible to automated scripts. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and no email is sent.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Analytics, cookies and your choice

The site uses Google Analytics 4. Nothing analytics-related is stored on your device or sent to Google until you press Accept.

Until then, Google Consent Mode holds all four of its advertising and analytics signals denied: no analytics cookies are written, and the measurement request that does go out is stripped of identifiers. If you press Decline, it stays that way.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies so that a returning visit can be recognised as the same one. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles, and there are no third-party trackers on this site beyond Google Analytics.

One thing is stored either way: your answer itself, under the key laminora.consent.v1 in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Clearing your site data removes it, and the banner will ask again.

The legal basis for analytics is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data.

Who else handles your data

Three providers, each doing one job:

  • Vercel — hosts the site. It serves every page and keeps short-lived server logs that include IP addresses.
  • Resend — delivers the email from the contact form. It sees what you wrote in it.
  • Google — receives analytics, and only after you have accepted.

What the site deliberately does not do

The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so simply reading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else. There are no social media embeds, no advertising pixels and no session recording.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Where your data goes

All three providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside Georgia and outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses each provider has in place.

Your rights

Under the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection — and, if you are in the EEA or the UK, under the GDPR — you can ask us to do the following:

  • tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct it if it is wrong
  • delete it
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave

Complaints

Write to privacy@laminora.com first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send through the form is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious rather than quiet.
