Terms of Service
24 October 2026
These terms govern your use of laminora.com. They are not the terms of any engagement: work carried out for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Laminora is operated as a sole proprietorship in Georgia.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site and to link to it. What you may not do is interfere with it — probing it for weaknesses, trying to gain access to anything not published, overwhelming it with automated requests, or using it for anything unlawful.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending the contact form does not create a contract, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here is professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.
What the site says about our work
Descriptions of services, timelines and ways of working are illustrative. They explain how we usually approach things; they are not commitments, and they are not warranties. Anything we actually commit to will be written into the agreement for that engagement.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, photography, logo, the three-dimensional mark and the code of this site belong to Laminora or are used under licence. Please do not reproduce or adapt them without permission.
The FiraGO typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, or that it will be reachable without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
Where the site links somewhere else, that destination is not ours and we are not responsible for it.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last were, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
